Becoming a member

1. Trial training

You can participate free of charge up to 4 times in a trial training with the team for your age group. It’s a good idea to notify the trainer in advance by means of a brief email if you plan to participate in a trial training.

For your trial training you need to bring appropriate sport clothing, shoes, and sufficient water to drink. You should be in the gym and ready to play approx. 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the training session. Your trainer will be able to give you any further information you need.

2. Application for membership

You have participated in a trial training and would like to become a member – super! The next step is to fill out a membership application and sign it or, if you are not yet 18 years old, have it signed by a parent or legal guardian. The signed membership application can be handed to your trainer. Within approx. 14 days you will receive either by ordinary post or by email a letter confirming your membership with all relevant information.

3. Payment of membership fees

The various classes of membership fees are set out in our fee rules. You can give us a direct debit mandate (we deduct the relevant fees direct from your bank account) OR you can transfer the respective membership fee yourself to our bank account.

Payment by instalments is possible, subject to a small additional fee. We can also provide certification of the membership for Jobcenter applications for subsidies.

If you have any questions in relation to membership matters, you can send an email to or use the Contact Form on this website.

4. Period of membership (notice of termination of membership)

Should you wish to terminate your membership for any reason, please note that there is a minimum membership period of one year.

Membership can be terminated either to 30 June or 31 December by sending a written notice of termination to the management committee (by email to or by ordinary post to the office address) at least six weeks before the respective termination date.

Further information can be found in our club by-laws. If you have any questions, please contact the office by telephone, post or email, or during the membership consultation hours (information and contact details here).
